Who can see my results?

Nobody, until you decide. Your results are private by default. You generate a share link for a specific employer and can set an expiry or revoke it at any time.

What do the assessments measure?

Depending on the assessment: cognitive ability, personality traits, and role-specific competencies — all mapped to a peer-reviewed competency model.

How long does an assessment take?

Most are time-boxed and take between 15 and 45 minutes. You will see the expected duration before you start.

Can I take an assessment in French?

Yes. Talensar is fully bilingual — switch between English and French at any time, including during marketing and the portal.
